El grupo Nologin refuerza sus conocimientos en Private Cloud y VDI con la compra de la start-up aragonesa flexVDI
El grupo Nologin acaba de concluir un importante acuerdo al firmar la adquisición de FLEXIBLE SOFTWARE SOLUTIONS S.L.U., empresa detrás de flexVDI, el producto de virtualización de servidores y escritorios con más potencial del mercado. Esta compañía, enriquece la oferta de Cloud y Virtualización del grupo Nologin en el sector Cloud y permite que el grupo adquiera talento y mejore su posicionamiento en el mercado de la Cloud Privada y VDI.
Una integración inmediata
En este acuerdo, fruto de años de colaboración entre las dos empresas, la plantilla y dirección de FLEXIBLE SOFTWARE SOLUTIONS S.L.U., ha sido absorbida completamente por el grupo Nologin como una división más de I+D, manteniendo la marca del producto flexVDI e integrándolo en el portfolio de soluciones de Nologin. El objetivo de la adquisición por parte del grupo Nologin es que surjan sinergias en muchas áreas, aprovechando el talento adquirido de flexVDI para el desarrollo de nuevos productos o I+D, reforzando su posición y conocimientos en las áreas de Private Cloud y VDI.

In this agreement, as a result of years of collaboration between the two companies, the staff and management of FLEXIBLE SOFTWARE SOLUTIONS S.L.U., has been completely absorbed by Nologin group as another R&D division, keeping the flexVDI product brand and integrating it into Nologin solutions portfolio. The objective of the acquisition by Nologin group is to create synergies in many areas, leveraging the acquired flexVDI talent for new product development or R&D, strengthening its position and knowledge in the Private Cloud and VDI areas.
